From the moment raw material enters our Jamnagar facility to the final pre-shipment inspection, every component undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets the exact specifications of our OEM buyers in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

1. Raw Material Testing & Compliance

Superior products start with superior raw materials. We source high-grade free-cutting brass rods, extrusions, and billets (including IS 319, BS 249, and CZ121). All materials are tested for chemical composition to ensure they are RoHS and REACH compliant, making them perfectly legal and safe for international export.

2. Our 3-Step Inspection Process

We leave nothing to chance. Every batch of brass components goes through our strict 3-stage quality gateway:

  • First-Piece Inspection: Before mass production begins, the first manufactured piece undergoes a comprehensive dimensional check against your CAD drawing.
  • In-Process Quality Control: Our floor inspectors conduct routine hourly checks during the CNC machining process to ensure tool wear does not affect thread accuracy or tolerances.
  • Final Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Every batch undergoes strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling. Parts are checked for thread accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional perfection before being securely packaged for export.
